EXECUTION
Schedule drafts. Post them. Track what worked.
📅
The second half of Block 4. Drafts you saved in DAILY land in the Draft Queue below. Schedule them onto a posting day (T/Th/F), post when ready, then log what worked 3-5 days later. Patterns surface over time — that's how we learn what David's audience responds to.

DAILY — DAY STREAK
Five blocks. Top to bottom. Comments, outbound DMs, reply chasing, content prep, log it.
👋
Hey Syl — fresh tool, same mission. Work the five blocks top to bottom. The Daily Log up top tracks your progress automatically. Hit Block 1 first, then keep going. End the day with Block 5 — that's how we measure what's working. Toggle tips off (top right) once you're comfortable.

BLOCK 1 · ~90 MIN
Engagement Comments
Comment on creator posts. Value only — never pitch. Voice stays peer-level, not fan-level.
0/6
💬
This is your normal comment routine. Click each source, find a recent post worth engaging with, leave a value-only comment (no pitching here — that's Block 2). Hit ✨ DRAFT for AI help, edit before posting. Mark each step Done as you go.

BLOCK 2 · ~60 MIN
Outbound DMs
Send 5 warm DMs per day using the three templates from VOICE tab. Mix workshop / intensive / talk based on signal.
0/5
📩
Send 5 warm DMs today. Pick the right template based on the person: Talk for warm/uncertain fits, Workshop for early-stage curiosity, Intensive for clearly ICP-fit founders. Fill in the name and one specific thing they said or posted. Click Copy DM, paste into LinkedIn, then click Mark Sent to log it. Keep it short — that's the point.

Reply Chasing
Reply to every new comment on your last 3 posts. Light-touch DM 5 likers using the Talk template.
🔁
Go to David's profile and check his last 3 posts. Reply to every new comment (be brief, warm, build the thread). Then look at the likers on those posts — pick 5 ICP-fit ones and send the Talk template DM. Log both counts here when done.

BLOCK 4 · ~60 MIN
Content Prep
Draft posts for T/Th/F. AI generates from David's voice + the book + bravecave.com — you edit before posting.
✍️
Draft posts for David's posting days (T/Th/F). Type a topic or angle — could be from a comment that landed, a pattern you noticed, or something from the book. Click Generate Draft. Edit the result so it sounds like David, then Save Draft. David reviews the queue before posting. One good draft per day is the goal.

Reporting
End-of-day log. What came back? What converted? Weekly aggregate auto-rolls up.
📊
This is the most important block — don't skip it. At end of day, log what came back: DM responses (anyone replied?), workshop registrations, intensive applications, "talk to David" requests. Add any notes worth remembering. The 7-day rollup below shows the trend. This is how we know what's working.
7-DAY ROLLUP
SOURCES
The accounts whose audiences are your ICP. Tier 1 are daily targets · Tier 2/3 rotate · Tier 5 is dormant.
🎯
This is the list of creators whose audiences match David's ICP. Block 1 in DAILY pulls from this list automatically. Add new creators as you find them — paste their LinkedIn URL, set the tier. Tier 1 = daily targets. Tier 2/3 = rotation. Tier 5 = parked. Quality over quantity — better to have 10 great Tier 1s than 50 mediocre ones.
CONTENT SOURCES
VOICE
The reference document Claude uses when drafting comments and connection notes. Edit freely — saves automatically.
🎙️
This is David's voice document. Claude reads this every time you click ✨ DRAFT (for comments) or ✨ Generate Draft (for posts). You don't need to edit this — David will tune it over time. But you CAN add sample comments below. When one of your comments lands really well (real engagement, replies, DMs), paste it here with a one-line note. More good samples = better drafts going forward.
VOICE BRAIN
The canonical voice document. This text gets sent to Claude on every draft request. Concrete examples below it work harder than abstract rules — but the rules establish the floor.
SAMPLE COMMENTS
0 samples
Real comments you've written that landed well. Claude reads these as concrete examples of what good output looks like. Aim for 5–15.
HOW THIS WORKS

Every time you click ✨ DRAFT on a routine step, Claude reads:

  1. The Voice Brain document
  2. Your sample comments
  3. The post being commented on

Then drafts a comment in your voice.

Edit the Voice Brain over time as you notice patterns in what works and what doesn't. The sample comments do the heaviest lifting — more concrete examples, better drafts.

WHAT MAKES A GOOD SAMPLE
  • 2–4 sentences
  • References the original post specifically
  • Adds an angle, doesn't agree-and-repeat
  • Ends with a real question
  • Sounds like you wrote it tired and right, not polished
